FAQ

What is anonymous?

All posts are anonymous to other users. We ask you to enter a name and email address to prove you are a real person, but they are not displayed with your reviews.

Can’t find your client?

Used the SEARCH box and can’t find the client? Please let us know and we will add it and email you when we are done.

Want to find out more about a review?

Reviews are anonymous and therefore we cannot connect you with the reviewer.

You disagree with a review and want it or your company removed?

No, you cannot delete a review or remove your company from the site. All reviews are moderated by humans. We want an open and transparent discussion. But if you see a review that goes against our guidelines and believe that it should be removed please let us know.

When it comes to whether or not the substance of the reviews are true or false, it is often impossible for us to make that determination. We do not remove reviews in these circumstances, as we do not feel that we can act as the finder of fact. Our general position is that a review is valid from the standpoint that it is one person’s personal experience and engagement with their client.

Each review on our site contains the author’s own subjective opinions and may also contain factual statements reflecting that individual’s personal experience working for a client.

We do not act as judge and jury for factual disputes. And our Terms of Use makes clear that the user alone is responsible for what they post.

Want to get more reviews for your company?

We’re happy you asked. The easiest way to get more reviews is to invite your consultants to post their own anonymous reviews. This can be done by sending an email to your consultants, including a link to your company.
