The project went well with the team ready to go at the kick off. Struggled to keep senior management engaged. As a mid-market company they paid a decent day rate, but did expect a lot. AP were great with ontime payment after initial chasing.

The used length of project and our lack of track record to drive down the price. But once on site the project went well. And at least they pay on time.

The European team are not as organised as the US guys, plus all IT is in the US so getting the project IT set up was a pain. They paid a decent day rate – better than the reviews of the US projects suggested. Once we got the invoicing process mastered payment was ok. Not great.

A disaster from start to finish. We swapped project sponsor 3 times which was the root cause of the problems.. Procurement beat us down on price promising a longer term deal, but that never happened. And they wanted the sponsor to sign off all invoices and expenses, but the handovers meant payment got delayed.

A bizarre statement. Maybe, but are your executive management, managers and supervisors using their business information delivered through reports and scorecards to “take the pulse of the organisation” or “conduct a post mortem of last month’s performance”?
